hello if your bench squat deadlifts lifts are around your weight u´re doing good. Still for me a impressive lift is someons who can bench 1.5x his bodyweight.
 
I max out again Monday. I will post up my results sometime next week.
 
Mine has increased since on bench.
 
Well now I'm 15 hitting 145 now.

I am now doing my own weight on bench
 
I do all this stuff and a bunch of stuff with dumbbells on the bench

Bench: 310
Squat: 375
Power Clean: 245
 
im weighing in at 198 pounds

height 6 ft1

bodyfat around 16%

I dont really 1 rep max anything but my typical bench would be about 180 lbs 3 sets of 6 and my chest is the weakest part... Strongest part is my shoulders and upper back
 
I'm 5'11 155lbs. Bench max: 205 Squat max: 315. Haven't recorded a dead lift max, but I usually do 330 for about 4 sets of 5.

You aren't weak. Benching around the amount of your body weight is good.

I am very fast though and my 40 Yard Dash time is 4.63.
I guess I have a pretty good bench relative to my weight and for a soccer player.
