Nice maxes but I wouldn't recommend doing bench twice a day. Your muscles need time to recover and rebuild before you work them out again.

I'm 17.
5' 8".
I weigh 135lbs.
175 Bench
225 Squat
155 Power Clean
200 Deadlift (Haven't deadlifted in a long time, that was my deadlift during last football season)

Those are my legit numbers, not gonna lie and make myself seem jacked cause that is what a tool would do.
I'm an outside linebacker. I lift 5 days a week, and run 3. Then I play 7 on 7 football on Sundays until August when the football season starts.
