You would need to tunnel your connection and use a real VPN that doesn't keep logs and is offshore.

I don't think having it offshore would make a huge difference, since all IP's are in the same order, just different numbers.

If the authorities want the logs and they are offshore they don't have to release them.

If they don't have your real I.P they cant do shit to you which is where TOR and the VPN come in so as long as they don't have your actual VPN your ok

The TOR browser is a way to get there, and a bunch of other ways.
