It can be used for wrong but it also has alot of valuable information.
 
This one time when I was in the Deep wep, and I found this ad for hiring a "Hitman", once I seen it I clicked on it (I know stay away) and his prices were ungodly he charged $500,000 just to shoot the person and charged extra if you wanted it done in a special way. This was majorly excuse my french "Fucked UP" I almost pooped myself. Fin!

Basically the deepweb is a hidden part of the internet that has more information even than goolge but it is only accesible with Tor browser.
