Well the dark theme by no means is going to be like pitch black, I would want a more so dark gray.

I disagree. There needs to be distinctive contrast between text/icons/graphics and the theme colour. Trust me, I've studied colour theory and work with them daily.

I would really appreciate it if you kept the dark theme the way it is. I have really bad eyesight, so if I look anything bright, my eyes will literally burn.
