The Koin market was murdered when upgrades were unable to be purchased with Koins.

Now, resetting them so that large amounts have to be purchased straight from the source?

It doesn't sound like any of this is in the members' favors. You know? The "members".. the people that give life to this community. We respect and practically love this place and the people that take care of it, but this is how we're treated? Taking our money and burning it right in front of us?

Listen we can all complain, bitch, moan and groan but it is what it is. It will not happen again, and it WILL help us in the long run.

I lost over 1,000 LEGIT Koins that I had accepted in return for my social mediums, group/award transfers, upgrades, and god know's what else. That is equivalent to $1,000 at Koins old price. If anyone should have a reason to complain it should be me as I by far had the most, but I am here happy knowing everything will turn out great for everyone.

Ok.. uhmm.. I'm just going to run through this because I'm still a bit confused at what this reset and new rule is going to do..

1. Every member will be posting for months to get 5 Koins (ex.)..
2. Those 5 Koins cannot be sold.. so they have no monetary value..
3. No one will want them as a trade because they can't be exchanged for any legitimate currency.
4. Everyone will have a few Koins here and there and have nothing to do with them, but upgrade other members.
5. Upgrading to Onyx for a year is 25 Koins (2,500 posts).. so even if someone is nice enough to use one year worth of Koins, it will take around one year to accumulate that amount.

I am just completely confused at what the plan is. Resetting the system and saying "it will get better" says nothing to me. Is there a plan or is the community just going to wing it?

Ok, although this reset was sudden and with no prior notice, after thinking about it maybe it was the best thing. I know I was very upset i had lost all my hard earned koins for services and such, and I was unable to purchase the awards with them. But that was my fault, I had the chance and I had the koins to do so, I'm not happy about the reset but there is nothing I or any one else can do about it. I am sorry I had lashed out and got angry about the koin reset. Hopefully @Narc and @Philly have something planned for them. In addition, we have no idea what either Philly or Narc have planned.
