Another gamertag reset?

so i just heard that there will be another gamertag reset September 15th, any account that hasn't been active for 5 years will be reset and all gamertags will reset after being non active for 5 years in the future.

i dont think it will be in 5 years because after the new console, microsoft is wanting to focus more on pc gaming

Starting on September 15th, 2016, any account that is inactive for 5 years after this date will be reset. Not accounts that have been inactive for 5 years until now.
