As im looking through this side of the forum, i see that its quite inactive.​
Im just wondering how many people are actually actively fit and such on FK.​
If you are, how much do you run and/or lift?​

I play flag football in gym, and play basketball im ripped bro.

Bench - 240 pounds.
Squat - 350 pounds.
Deadlift - 415 pounds.

Used to be able to do heavier when I was bigger, but now I that lost weight I'm a tad weaker than before.

I try to run a mile a day, usually do that.

Thats good, i do mainly calisthenic workouts, pushups, pull ups, running, etc.

I do those when im too lazy to go to the gym lol.

If you look up what the bar brothers do, thats what i do. Not just a few things then finish. Just look up bar brothers on YouTube
