Where to buy awards with koins?

I've seen many people mention that you can buy awards with koins, but I wanted to know WHERE. Is it like, something where I have to pay someone to give me their award, or is there like an official shop? I'm confused.

Ask the award owners if they take buy-ins and then say you'll be paying in koins. Some cost around 2-3$, and others like "Koin Whore" are bought with like 20k.

Refer to the awards page here, or go to the awards page in the help documents (here). Members purchase awards and usually allow buy-ins with different payment processors, one rarely being koins. There is an award called the Koin Whore award which is purchasable for 25,000 Koins. I believe you can donate 25,000 Koins to Philly by going to the donations page here.
