Where do you want to go to college?

Your ignorance is so strong.

Please please learn that you don't know everything Chewbaka, whether you want to or not.

Just because you are a lazy fuck doesn't mean everyone is. Just because you couldn't get a scholarship doesn't mean everyone can't. If you work hard, like I do, and get A's, a scholarship will be easy to get.

Oh, you are in the IB program @"eXero"? Very nice! But still don't think that guarantees you a full ride. You could get multiple scholarships and such, but that still may not cover the full tuition. Either way though, it would definitely help you and most likely keep you from taking any student loans out.

I have more of a chance than someone that is not in the IB program.

Yes I am in the IB program.

Just because you are a lazy f*ck doesn't mean everyone is. Just because you couldn't get a scholarship doesn't mean everyone can't. If you work hard, like I do, and get A's, a scholarship will be easy to get.

Just because you have personality issues doesn't mean you can bash other people. You need to learn how to analyze other people and what they say. You got a long way ahead of you.

You obviously don't know what you are talking about. You obviously, as you stated, were too lazy to get a scholarship. If you work hard it will be easy. Simple as that.

"If you work HARD it will be EASY."

That is really good logic.

I know what you mean though. =p Think it makes more sense if you simply say "If I work hard it will pay off well."

Glad you know what I am saying.

Work hard during high school, and the scholarships will come easy.

Ok, you still aren't getting it. I am going to spoon feed you this to you now.

You say want to go Owen Graduate School of Management for your undergrad, but you want a full scholarship to Vanderbilt University. Most scholarships you get have a deadline to their contract. So if you get a full ride to Vanderbilt now and decide to go somewhere else for 4 years, that same grant probably won't be available later on. When you apply for scholarship when transferring colleges, they are going to look at all your college transcripts (not your HS). That's why I said college is a totally different environment. I have seen people graduate HS with 3.6-3.8 then go to college and get 2.5. If Owen has a campus, I advise you go live on it. It will teach more skills than the classes you take. Also, you should try not be a condescending prick.

That is very true Chewbaka. And honestly, a lot of the people who got 4.0+ in high school went on to college to get under 3.0 or even change majors because of what they were doing was too hard. College is nothing like high school. In high school you have classwork and such that boosts your grade. Most college courses, your only grades are the exams. They are usually designed to be hard and designed to give you more work than you will be able to finish in the amount of time given. A quote from one of my engineering professors who is now the Dean of Engineering (no longer teaches): "You will not have enough time to finish this exam. So I recommend you attack the problems that you think will take the least amount of time first, as well as the problems you know how to do best in order to maximize your points."

I will have to kick ass in college to transfer to another college yes, but I can do it.

I said based on my highschool progress, a scholarship to college will be easy.

A scholarship is never easy. Don't think you're a genius and you will get a scholarship because you're a genius.

My next door neighbor had a 4.85 GPA and a high score on his SAT and he didn't get into Berkeley. You aren't a genius.

Thanks for the off-topic replies guys!! :D I appreciate them.

Anyways, I have a GPA greater than 4.0. I had all A's last 6 weeks, and my classes are weighted higher than AP classes.

It will be easy for me to get a full scholarship Chewbaka, as I am not lazy like you, and have the people, and opportunity around me to get a full scholarship.

Dur
AP is weighted higher than Honors
dur dur
yeah
sure
6.0 scale

I'm not in honors or AP. Higher.

And, I have guaranteed full scholarships to any college in my home state. Thing is I only have interested in one college in my home state: Baylor, but I want a more prestigious college.

I'm shooting for Vanderbilt, and then Stanford, or even skipping Vanderbilt and going straight to Stanford.

It's not mission impossible like you guys claim it to be.

Nor do I care what your neighbor had. He must have not been good enough, that's why he wasn't accepted. As for me, I am, because when they see IB on my application, they will know.

Nowhere did I say I was a genius. Learn to read.

I guess you're already in college seeing as there is nothing higher than AP offered in High Schools. AP is college level classes that give college credit.
I want to see your scholarship document or w/e when you receive it. If you get a scholarship to a good school and provide proof I will eat every word I have said.

@"Adam", actually there is something higher than AP in high schools and it is called the IB program. You have to take a test to get accepted into it. Not every high school has it. Around here if you got accepted into it, you would of had to go to the newest high school instead of the one closest to you.

My mom actually made me take the test for it even though I told her I didn't want to go to a different school as I would be away from all my friends. So I took it but didn't care about it. Of course I didn't get accepted, so that was a plus for me. :)

Awesome. I guess I'm wrong. I hope eXero can provide proof of him being in it.

Eh, in all fairness why does it matter if a person is lying about something personal like that?

If it really mattered, we would all be asking for proof that we are the age we say we are. Or any other personal thing where we have no idea if the person is lying or not.

I mean it isn't like he is saying something that is completely mind boggling and is impossible for anyone to do, be part of, or have.

I find him to be an idiot and you to be pretty smart. I don't think that you would of failed and he would of passed.
