What's your big 3 MAXES?

If you don't know what the "big 3" is it's bench, deadlift, and squats.

Bench - 275 lbs
Squats - 335 lbs
Deadlift - 405 lbs

As of June:

Bench - 275(Haven't gone for a 1 rep max in a while)
Squats - 335(Haven't gone for a 1 rep max in a while)
Deadlift - 440 lbs
 
I have no idea about pounds but here's mine in Kilos.

Bench - 145 kgs
Squat - 165 kgs
Deadlift - 240 kgs

I'm not going to lie if those are actually your lifts that pretty fucking impressive.

I know for certain I can lift that weight, I used to be able to do more but I broke my wrist and can longer lift heavier.

In a few weeks after lightweight I'll try heavy weight and see how my wrist goes, I can lift heavier but I have to work back into it. I've been going to the gym for about 2 years now.
 
It's been 2 weeks since last time @Junior, these are my recorded weights.

Bench - 150 kgs
Squat - 175 kgs
Deadlift - 210 kgs

Don't know why Deadlifts have been shitty but I'll be working on that soon enough.

I've been doing a lot more powerlifting recently so my total has gone up.

Bench - 295 lbs(134 kgs)
Squats - 345 lbs(156.5 kgs)
Deadlift - 440 lbs(200 kgs)

That's awesome @Junior, I just got home from the gym as I speak. Nailed 220kg Deadlift but I think I'll be plateau for a while.

Since we're the only ones posting on this thread I'm guessing that nobody else lifts on this forum.
 
I don't really do 1 rep max because my cross fit instructor says it can cause joint problems or even arthritis.
 
@Chill and @Junior I'm interested to know your height and weights as well as your maxes. I'm currently 165 lbs. Also how often do you guys lift? I usually go four days a week at my school's gym.
I maxed about 6 weeks ago, and plan to re-max in the next upcoming two weeks.


Bench - 235 lbs
Squat - 325 lbs
Deadlift - 300 lbs
I'll update this when I max again.
 
Lol it's funny watching you talk about lifting things. Let me run through the typical day of a FK user:

-Walks to fridge (equivalent to a marathon run)
- opens fridge (same as lifting a car)
- Picks up food (sweats profusely)
- closes fridge (wipes sweat)
- Opens computer (same as benching 600lbs)
- masturbates (great forearm workout)
- opens FK (doesn't even wash hands)
- flexes about OGs and how much they workout (not)
- sees this (gets mad as fuck)
- closes laptop (end of workout)
- cuts wrist (dies)
 
@kay you are 99% lying considering you should be able to do more on deadlift then squat

Consider me in that 1% then. My last two maxes for deadlift have been 300 lbs. I just can't get it up for some reason. But think what you want. 
However my max deadlift was way more then my squat before those two maxes.
 
I barely bench, when I squat my max is 425. Deadlift is about 355. I used to bench when I was in HS as a offensive tackle it helped but now it barely matters.
 
I am 15, 5 foot 10 and 140 pounds.
Bench - 120 lbs
Squats - 215 lbs
Dead lift - 225 lbs
I am weak.

Whats the one when you do the dead lift, then jump and catch it? Haha, cannot remember.

6ft and I weigh about 97 Kilos/215 Pounds.

My maxes are:

Bench - 150kg/330pounds.
Squat - 175kg/385pounds.
Deadlift - 240kg/530pounds.

Damn that's pretty impressive. Do you use a hex bar when you deadlift? I've always used a straight bar lol, and I've been thinking about switching.

I am 16, 235 pounds, and 5"9.

I try to go to the gym everyday but haven't been really able to go that much cause of school.

I need to work on bench a bit. :blush:
