I'm getting $160 tomorrow as a gift. Not sure what I should buy. Does anyone know any cool things (technology related) that I could buy?

 I'm thinking of purchasing an AverMedia Game Capture but not sure.

I really want an Elgato, but it requires PC CPU of 2.0 GHz and I only have 1.6 GHz. Do you think it would work good?
