Some awards easier to get then another?

Been doing some of these award challenges and been having a good time doing them and recording them, how do I get more awards if i there is no challenge listed for them? there are so many awards and not to many challenges to get the award why is that?

Most are just buyin awards. Very useless and low quality, you must pay a fee to have them on your profile.
