Sketchy or nah

Yeah sounds like a scam to me, not even wanting Philly to middle man, pathetic.
 
I swear some people make it so obvious that they are trying to scam. Stay away from that guy.
 
Highly sketchy, wouldn't recommend dealing haha if he's sketchy with the payment, I wouldn't want to risk the tag even with a MM involved.
 
Perhaps @Raptor can provide some insight on how dealing with this guy was, since the user claims to have dealt with him before. It does seem sketching that he wouldn't even have Philly middle-man the deal though.
 
how is it sketchy that i wont go first? middlemen mean nothing to me. if anything maybe id use escrow.com but im not risking anything, sorry. im as legit as it gets even though im new here.

He wants you to use the owner of the site as a middleman. If the site owner scammed you do you have any idea what would happen to the community? Sorry Philly is not going to waste his time and risk his community just to scam you.

That guy's definitely a scammer, deal with caution.
 
I used escrow.com when dealing with this user, so I can't really vouch much outside of that.
 
Don't see why the user wouldn't use philly as a Middleman.
As someone said Philly wouldn't scam for 600$ as his forum and community is worth more than that and if he was found out to be a scammer he would probably be fucked.

Just use Philly as a mm jesus.
 
His name matches with how he acts, but doesn't mean he is trying to scam. He is just very paranoid and being really careful.
 
I don't know what the big fuss is about not wanting to use a Middleman, honestly just because he doesn't want to use a middleman doesn't make him a scammer. Guys please use common sense, yes it is a little sketchy not wanting to use a Middleman, however you shouldn't call someone a scammer without proof because those are harsh/bold words to use.

Some people just don't want to use a third party, I've had alot of people be like that, and they turned out to be legitimate, anyways good luck everyone.

Sounds good. No one was going to buy it anyways if you were seriously that serious about not using a middleman, especially one so trustworthy. You won't last long on the market.

Why not just use escrow.com to do deal? No offense but I wouldn't even use Philly as a middleman.
