When searching for a new job should you allow the potential employer to contact your current employer?any advice will be highly appreciated

Whether you allow it or not, the company that you applied job for will check on your current job to see your track record. Although we do not know how your current boss will react, i supposed that he should disclose your current status as an employee. Although I know some cases where the applicant can ask the prospective employer not to contact the current boss. Those are on a case to case basis.

what if your current boss has negative attitude and you are living cause misunderstanding will not offer bad picture about you

Yes, I think that you should allow it. Often times even if your boss has a negative attitude towards you they are not allowed to say much because you could press charges. Employers have to be really careful about the claims that they make about their employees.

Yes , only then your employer will know about you and your working attitude ,once employers of big companies know about your leaderships and
working attitude , they will offer you a new job when they feel that you are suitable for them. MAKE sure you have a good record in your working place as well.SELL yourself to the market option to raise your salary.

Well,if you have a good relationship with your current employer, then why not,in that way,you can prove to the potential employer that you are right for the job. But if you and your current employer are having misunderstanding, which actually the reason why you want to leave the job, then it will be better to just be honest and state the reason to the potential employer why you want to resign from your current employer .

I don't see a problem with it as long as you weren't let go from your last job for bad reasons. Future employers should have the ability to contact previous employers so they can find out what kind of worker you are.

thanks for concern

It depends if you did something wrong at your last job then you must tell him fom the start and if he calls well he will not have a surprise.

This is the way I feel about it, it all depends on how you're job history was. Of course if you don't say "yes" then it looks even worse on you and if you get into an interview they might ask why and that's one embarrassing question you'd have to answer, on the spot no less.
