That's a pretty nice Botnet.

I don't hack much anymore, but I've never had a botnet that big.

I was at like 30 infected people online 3 days ago, like 60-70 2 days ago and yesterday it just got to 100, it went to 103~110 sometimes. I'm not sure if actually getting something like a http/irc bot because I'm pretty sure if they keep coming at that rate it will make my internet crash.

If they were all rs victims that would be good but as they are not it's not that great. I have peak 80 rs victims on and 40-60 on at all times.
