Hey. I keep seeing threads about verifying and verified paypal accounts. Wats does this "verifying" a paypal mean and wat does it do. I just made a paypal and I want to know wat this does. Thanks!!

Verified PayPal lets you send more, receive more, withdraw more and as far as I know thats it.
