Paypal Problem

So i have this problem, recently i changed my paypal name (i know i'm stupid) and i don't know that i will need to verify those information. now my account is limited and they said after 180 days i only can withdraw my money!

The message below:

Your account has been limited for more than 180 days. It will continue to be limited but you now have the ability to withdraw funds.

What should i do? Please give me useful answers.

Well you might need to send them your ID or passport to confirm your name.

I know but they also ask me to verify the credit cards and home adress stuff as you know I haven't even verify my account yet but I use paypal for purchase online stuff.

Why dont you go to Paypal's Resolution Center. Maybe you can find answers there. If there is none, email them. But probably you will only get a computer generated response. If still you cant find the answer, call them. Hope this helps.

that's must be a big problem, you can try to send message or email to them for solving your problem..

As i see in your post it says : "But you now have the ability to withdraw funds." Correct me if i`m wrong but that sounds like u can actually withdraw funds from your account. Does it say that you cannot withdraw funds because of the limit?
