I need someone who can create me a user title template and then create three user titles for me. If you're willing to create just a template then it's fine and I can distribute the template to others who can then make me the individual userbars.

Yeah, it is. I have a rough thing I'd kinda like to follow, but if you're unable to follow it and can come up with something better then I don't really care.
