My workout routine

So, I figured I'd post my workout routine for you guys here at MF. Feel free to share yours with me. I work out 7 days a week, with a schedule.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday
I go for a half hour using the Ski Machine - It kills calories and really tightens your thighs, and gives your leg good shape. A picture of this can be found HERE. After that, I do abs with 3 different types of sit ups, along with push ups. That kills about 30 minutes more. I then go for a light, 20 minute jog around my neighborhood just to finish things off.

Now on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays... I work on all upper body. I lift, curl, do Cowboys, RDLS' (Russian dead lifts) squats, and bench. To do all this I spend about 25 minutes per work out, which comes out to around 2 hours.

Now some may say, that this will ware my body down, but I work on a different part of my body each day, giving the other part to rest, so no, I'm not over doing it.
 
Is the ski machine really good? I use the "AB ROCKET" then I do pasting, which is good.
 
Yea the Ski machine really gets your legs working, and your heart rate up, and gets you sweating. All great for burning calories.
 
You just run on one spot. But what I do that help's me a lot is jumping over high object's trying to improve on my hight's, this work's on your abs, speed, stamina. Try jumping over a high object's and gradually you will gain hight's. After a week go on a track and field and race with a friend, you'll be able to run faster and last longer.
 
Ah, thank you. I'm not much of a runner, more just working on upper body and abs, staying in shape.
