I'm sorry for your loss, man. I know what it's like to lose someone you care about a lot.

I suffer from depression, too. It's tough, but they say it gets better. If you ever need anything let me know.

In truth, I don't really know. I don't think it ever goes away, it just becomes easier to deal with as time goes on. But from my experience, it can easily come back full force at any given time.

Honestly saddest story I have read best of luck. Personally I have not smoked in my life and don't plan on it. Do whatever you will think will help you get through everything. Sorry for your loss

If it will hurt your lungs I would suggest not to, think of other ways to help you get through. My brother has asthma as well. Can turn out badly. Hope everything is okay:)
 
I figured I'd chime in one last time. Coming from an alcoholic, any substance you turn to is addictive, regardless of what others say. I suggest you try to talk to somebody and not make the mistake I did. A lot of people say that weed is good, and that may be true, but if you have to lean on a substance to feel anything at all, then it's bad in my book.

Like I said before, I will be more than happy to talk to you and help you out.

OT:Sorry to hear that about your mom it really breaks my heart; don't worry you don't get hooked. Just try to find a new stress reliever.
