Download myfitnesspal and track EVERYTHING including drinks, sauces etc and then we'll have a better idea.

And that breakfast is good. You should be full and have enough energy to get to lunch
I just have a full breakfast when I have time e.g. Beans, Bread, Sausage, carrot, lettuce, cucumber, eggs, sometimes bacon, but like once every 2 weeks.
If not then on my way to school I just pick up pastry from local tesco.
