They don't usually just run the fuck in, in my situation, my doorbell went the fuck off and when my mom answered, well, you know. Most scenarios I have heard of swatting, they either pound on the door a lot or ring the doorbell.

Many people can swat. Anybody can swat, sure a lot of people lack the intelligence to fully mask themselves and they deserve to be caught but anybody is capable of hiding their computers identity which is all it takes to not get caught.
It's better to take a precaution and have it not happen then to not take a precaution and go through the whole process.
 
@Reading bro that's your best advice? I don't even know how this kid got my dox m8. I never ever even talked to this kid before he sent me a message via PSN.

Yes that's what I meant, should have mentioned That. Only intellegent people are able to completely mask themselves, and honestly, @LokiIsHere doesn't seem capable, considering this is all over a shitty gamertag.
 
@Worry and he has a jailbreak so he can just make other accounts so yeah the account could not have ment that much to him.
