Depends on where you live, I heard sirens before it happened.
@"Supa Hot Fire" don't worry, it isn't bad. Just call the police and explain to them what is happening, and ask if they could call you before sending any officers out if any strange calls come in.

Why would he not call the police?
They will typically not send a large amount of officers if you call ahead and let them know, and they may keep his address on record in case somebody tries it again.
It's a safety precaution.
