Just think of the possibility that some innocent kid will be getting yelled at by his parents because nearly $100 was spent with their credit card, and if they're a poor family, that's even worse. The kid will be getting the blame because after all, he's likely the only one that uses the Xbox. Sure, he didn't do it, but how are his parents supposed to believe that someone just up and took their credit card details?..
He might not know that you used the credit card via his email, and so the only thing he can say is 'I don't know.' His parents could tear him apart for something he didn't do.

Dude im pretty fucked up person when it comes to hacking and fraud and even i wouldnt have done that, maybe jacked the xbox account, but to fraud credit jeez >.< but if your going to do it....might as well checkemail and pass and see if he has a paypal X[)
