I was just browsing around and two things caught my eyes.

One) How do people have different color names? I'm interested in that

two) A lot of people have different icons on there profile. How does one get those?
 
They get different colored names from 1) upgrading and 2) joining groups. And I'm not sure what you mean by "Icons" but im pretty sure thats also a group. Hope i helped :)
 
Different color names is due to the groups, each group has their own individual color for their member's name

You can get offical award by either donating to philly or showing ur worth for that individual award. Member owned awards can be obtained by buying in, doing their challenge(if they have one) or just get given it!

Different colored names are from being in a certain group. Whether it be upgrade groups or individual user owned groups.

Those icons are awards. You can earn them or buy them. Here is an entire list of every award and how to obtain them:

ah okay. Thanks for letting me know. I was talking to my friend Trap earlier and he never mentioned this so I was very confused. Again, thanks for clearing it up :)
