The server is new, so not many players, and I wouldn't 'hack away at the database" I'm a trustworthy person, and I wasn't sure if that was aimed at me and you or the players.

Well obviously, he wouldn't hire everyone . Only the two-three people he trusts and has some skill with this stuff.
