Silly question. Do mods have the same rights as staff?
I kinda liked the staff color/ub more than the Mod, but I can't help but to wonder what the difference of the two are.

I don't think there are anymore 'Staff', its just Philly, and the mods.

No, staff had a lot more access to the site. They could access awards, koins, groups, basically everything besides the coding of the site itself. Mods can only ban members and moderate the forums. Plague has the only access to awards. Philly split the powers up, so that corruption wouldn't be easy.
