ban list and junking threads

i thought @philly said that junking would be back during summer

As for banned members, go to their profile to see a reason.

As for junking threads, it was only an option for Power+ members until @Poop mass junked a fuckload of posts then Philly took the privilege away.

it's too time consuming to find each members profile that was banned and how do we know who got banned that day if we don't see a thread about a scam report 

junking was around after poop
poop was before my time and junking was there when i got p+ so that's not accurate

i mainly use fk on mobile and it works just fine
it's just too time consuming to find a users profile and do that and considering some users have special characters in their usernames makes it harder
