My question is, if users have been previously banned, will this be enforced upon them, or will they keep the discipline they have already received?

Depending on how much they scam should decide by which option to choose from,
But, I chose the 3 month temp ban, with the scammer usertitle.

I don't mean to cause any trouble, but a scammer is a scammer, and if they get away with it once, they'll continue to try.

When they are banned from the marketplace and with a scammer usertitle?
Would be pretty hard to scam people with all that.

People with 100 or less posts shouldnt have the voice to vote for this cause they could be scammers for all we know :p

Here is opinion on this.

If You are banned permanent then you must of done something wrong. Therefore you should stay banned.

I voted Permanent Ban.

I voted the first option because a person can change and even though, they're greed convinces them to make bad decisions, I don't believe that they're intellect to the game should or can still be invested into forums.

P.S. If they banned for 3 months, low chance of them coming back again..-_- & anyone that is getting scammed by a user with a scammers title then..smh.

TWC group? Put people banned for scamming in a group called TWC. The userbar must be worn at all times.

TWC = Trade with Caution

Exactly. I want The Elite to reconsider this because there intellect can still benefit the forum.
If they continue to be rude or low quality or anything that isn't allowed then a permanent ban should be brought upon them.

You have my vote towards permanent ban. Anyone that scams should loose their membership here indefinitely.

If the 3 month ban comes into affect I'm going to pull a ponzi scam.

I'll scam all of RG then come back and do it again.


I wont actually do that, just an example.
