I think they should only be let back if they refund what they scammed, and then still be banned from the marketplace

Thats how we lure them in. Tell them "hey you can come back but you have to give back(scammed amount here)" They give the (scam amount here) and then we ban them GG Scammer the scammer now becomes the scammed.

I don't think they should be banned at all. Wouldn't it be cool if there was a custom profile field that had the number of scam reports against a person, and have the number show a list of threads?
