I think I know how to fix it. I believe you used stroke on the pen tool, and the pencil option I believe. Maybe try using a brush to stroke the pen tool lines instead. That might solve the pixelation problem.

Thanks for your feedback. The blue overlay over top of the picture is only when the mouse hovers over the text. Once your mouse leaves that photo, the blue overlay and such goes away. Just thought I would clear that up :)
