Zerker Quests

Hey basically I am making a new zerker pure and I don't wanna get his defence up cause I know that the quests will level it so I was wondering if someone could give me a list of all the quests that a good zerker needs if anyone could post one that'd be great.

I'm working on a reg pure and going to get 90+ str, 94 mage, 99 range, and 60 att then started doing def quests after pking a bit as a pure.
