You need to have advertisements enabled. Your account has to e monetizing ready before you can get it

Well, if you get enough views or have enough contacts (or get a CMS) then you would apply. Give them your channel, socialblade, an email to contact you on and a paypal email. If you are accepted, you should get something like this:

Well you have to have a certain amount of Subs&Views but mostly views.

Certain partnerships take less views then others....

Or you can get partnered through CMS and have all partnership features but no revenue :/
(I know for a fact some people on HF are partnering people)

Depending on the network which you're looking to obtain a partnership from, you will need to have a certain amount of daily views - normally over than 700+.

Yeah, the ones on HF do indeed work. If you want to do it legitimately, get 500+ views daily, have monetizing enables, and most important of all, do not have any copyright infringements on your videos.

Most GOOD partners require a daily 1,000+ views on a video.
