Linux: burst.net - THE BEST EVER

Windows: VPSLand.com - Used to be. They removed all promo codes, so I just use a Linux VPS. Better connection via UltraVNC & PuTTy

I used Burst.net, they were alright, their VPS' didn't connect me at many times though.

I use intovps.com, very good up time, very good speed, nice support.
However the VPSs are unmanaged, so not for anybody
