i think children dont understand parent this is wrong concept about parent they not understand children or not full fill there requirement.
i ll share with u a joke it but it have very deep think about parent children relation.
at 3to4 year old children it not much understand to surrounding activity. but 5-9 year old child easily understood to people and think about parent they are best and 100% perfect.
but at 10-14 year old child think they are not too good as i think they are 75% perfect and 25% fool.i m 25% perfect and know better as compare to parent.
when he become between 15-19 year old think 50% fool i m 50 % perfect.
when he become 20-24 year old he think parent are 75% fool i m 75% perfect.
and at age 25-29 year old he become married and have child and think parent are 100% fool and i m 100% perfect.
at 30to 34 year old him child face same situation and he also feel and think no i m wrong my parent are 25 % perfect they said rite i m 25% wrong and fool.and at 50 year old age he feel he totally fool mad etc and his parent are totally rite i m wrong.

that the situation i know it to long joke but it not a joke it true.

I love my parents and they love me, but I think they are overprotective. I mean, I have to get drove to school, and they're always asking me where I am all the time. I mean, I understand that they care for me, but they just care too much.

But I guess it's good that they're caring for me. There are people out there who have parents that abuse them...

It depends, sometimes they did understand me but other time, they didn't understand me at all. If it's a problem or trouble they never experienced, they don't know how to manage or deal with my problems and they could be very rude. As they get old, their attitude is different now.

My parents don't understand me either. Especially mom..she is pretty traditional and rejects anything new without even bothering to know more about it, forget trying. She belongs to the category of Indians who still think anything 'western' is bad. So there's no one to taste the pasta or baked food I make.

But then its not our parents' fault that they are the way they are. They love us no matter what and we should respect them, whether or not they understand us.

My mom? awesomme face, she's so follows whit us, same music and also isent that hard when i make a mistake or when i want to do something.

Based on my observation children were mostly the one who don't understand their parents. But back on the Topic, my parents understand me and supports me when my every plan. They are always there to give me advises of what is good or bad. I don't having a hard time with my parents with regards to what I need to do because they trusted me and respect my decision.

Yes, they do. They let me to go to friends place to spend my night, don't ask much, the reason is I don't have no problems and everythings okay in school and home, cool.
