You can report a post twice!
I just tested it.

Yeah, it's probably an addon for myBB. I never seen it in the settings.

I believe you need to edit the report template.

I'll edit the report template. But whenever it's reported twice it only shows up once in the Moderator CP.

Mother of God. I was unaware of this issue. I don't believe anyone else has reported a post twice.
I'll try fixing it up though. Maybe it's something to do with the templates or the configuration/settings.
