How do I activate my PMs? Apparently people can't PM me.

I don't think you have to activate anything as far as I am aware. You have significant statistics on your user as well.

Have you run out of PM space?
Delete some stuff if so.

Go to your "User CP" and tick the box in the "Messaging and Notification" section that says "Receive private messages from other users". It is in "Edit Options" on your CP.
