Could we have an option to turn alerts on for when we receive kudos for a post? I just see my number of kudos increase but I have no idea what post it was for.

Not possible without having a custom plugin coded to integrate Kudos with Alerts.

You're not the only ones I've deleted, I've deleted most of my sythe people on skype / facebook. It has nothing to do with your trolling.
