XP/H at iDung?!?

I really need someone to tell me the good options for my bot, I'm really tired of this it got me up to 2 weeks to get to only 76 Dung.

I'm currently in a small room size and complexity 6, and I'm only gaining that amount of xp per hour.

Please help me out, here is the picture of the options I put, I really need someone to tell me what's wrong with it:

Because you're 76 Dungeoneering, I only get 26k xp/hour at level 87 mate :/

I was getting 21k at 77 dung. Accounts not even as good as yours.

Here is what you should take off: Style Swap, Food Prep, Explorer.

Yeah but if I take off food prep, I will die like 10 times+ cause I'm only 20 def.
