XIM3: Is it cheating?

It's a device that allows you to use a mouse and keyboard on Xbox/ps3

They're amazingly fast responsive, and you can use alot of your gaming mouse & keyboards.

I'm on mobile, so i can't post a youtube video..
But I was just wondering if you think its fair, to use a mouse and keyboard against controllers.

It's much more precise, and faster than using a controller.

If it was used in the competitive scene I would say it's cheating, I personally think that scufs are cheating when in competitive yet everyone is using one.

I've seen people use this for gb. that's why I was wondering, I personally feel it is cheating.
