Anyone know the best way on how to do this? What will I need to buy etc.

I'm going to college in a few days and would like to play xbox on my Mac, any suggestions or help will be appreciated.

I have a iMac and a macbook, but I would be playing on my iMac maybe on my macbook if I feel like it. ( doubt I will ever )
 
I think you need a Mac to TV converter try ebay or just google it.

But wouldn't that put my mac screen on my TV? I'm looking to use my mac as basically my TV. If you can send me links I'll love you.
 
Wouldn't you just hook up all your Xbox cords to the iMac? I'm not really sure if an iMac has a HDMI port...

Troll? He said he wants to play Xbox on his Mac. You can use a normal PC monitor so I assumed you could just do the same with an iMac.

Yeah that's what I was hoping for, but there is no HDMI Port.
 
If you really want, just buy a cheap PC monitor and use it for your Xbox. It'll probably cost only a few hundred.

Well I have a TV, but I don't want to bring both because that will take up to much room in my dorm and I don't want my roomate on my nuts.

But I might just buy a monitor off of bestbuy auctions once I get there.
