Xbox Slow Servers?

So I randomly started lagging, can't invite anyone to xbox parties, can't join any, etc.
Is anyone else experiencing slow servers?

Happened a lot today. My friends who were online at the same time on my screen they were offline and I was offline for them. Also party lags up and I was disconnected 3 times today. Hardly ever lose connection

I don't know if this has to do with this, but recently I've been getting disconnected off of Xbl after a few times of it happening my xbox completely disconnects from the Internet then I have to wait a few mins to reconnect.

Shit was messed up a but today, couldn't play any downloaded games.
