I'm going to get a new console tomorrow which should i get and why?
 
Whichever your friends play the most, or whichever has exclusive titles you prefer.
Either way the PS4 has more GPU potential in the long run = higher fps or better resolutions.
 
I had the same thought when I had the money. I bought Xbox One cause I preferred it better then the PS4 (My opinion) and I love it.
 
Xbox one without the Kinect, That's what I've got.

I love it, Playstation network is STILL shit, to this day.

If you're getting it for a good online experience, get an Xbox.

I agree, Kinect wrecks the games when it's plugged in. Without it, xbox is still the best ;]
 
So get xbox one my fav without kinect? It would save money i suppose.

I have an xbox one and I love it. I would suggest getting a one without the kinect though.
xbox has great servers too. I haven't played on ps3 or 4 but from what I heard, they're pretty bad.

I'd have to say, psn is worse than the multiplayer service for the wii.

Have to disagree, I never had a single problem when I owned my PS4. I went back to Xbox One though, just because of the games that are coming out for XB1, mostly Forza Horizon 2.

Get an Xbox man, majority of the community is going to end up with one soon.
 
If you want entertainment, such as Netflix, Internet browsing, music, etc...choose the Xbox One. If you're a hardcore gamer then choose the PS4.

You can do all of that on the PS4 though? Xbox doesn't have much more for media than the PS4 has, other than the snap feature and the ability to watch TV while you play your games.

"If you're a hardcore gamer then choose the PS4." Then tell me why all the 'hardcore' gamers chose the Xbox One then?

Most true "hardcore" gamers probably bought the PS4 actually lol, where's your data and statistics that prove all "hardcore" gamers bought the Xbox One? I'm just going off personal experience, all my buddy's and people that I know online bought the PS4, when they previously owned the Xbox 360.
 
Only reason Xbox one took off so much is because the 360 was better PS3.

But once everyone realizes PS4 is better than Xbox one. Everyone will come over.
Most people are just hoping on that band wagon!

Well if you want to call me out like that, most 'hardcore' gamers probably bought both consoles. I had both, I played my Xbox One more. Guarantee all the professional gamers aren't going to get a PS4, because most of the competitive events are hosted on Xbox.

There are also better players on XB1 than there are on PS4. I had both consoles, so please don't try telling me differently.

Nonetheless, they're both outstanding consoles and they both get the job done. Get whatever your friends have or are getting.

I've been an Xbox fanboy all my life, squeakers, little kids, and noobs were apart of owning an Xbox 360. As soon as I switched to the PS3/PS4, it's almost hard to find immature little kids raging in their mics. So I will tell you differently bud, because it's all personal experience.
 
my little brother has the PS4 and I have tge xbox one, all around i think the xbox beats it by a long shot, you can simply do more and everything is more solid and stable, the PS4 has its ups too though. Just my opinion, some of my friends prefer playstation! :)
 
Main reason I'm sticking with the Xbox One is because the Halo Collection coming out, if you're a fan of Halo, X1 for sure.
