Xbox live gamertag help!!!

Ok guys so im tryign to put a cc on my account but heres the thing i put in MY contact info ( address, name, ETC. ) But heres what happens. It says my postal code doesn match my area?
But im using legit info. Anyone know what this is?

Same thing happened to me on paypal had use faake info.

yes but theres a fake alternative email on it

If you cannot remove it, then you're gonna have to change the live I'd when you can then all the alts are gone.
