Xbox live account Call back

Exactly 5 weeks ago I went to callback my main account that got scammed off me, I called xbox support and gave them my console id and everything. Its been 5 weeks and I still haven't heard from them. Any suggestions on what I should do? BTW I had the account on my console for 1 week and a half (if that means anything)

I'm pretty sure you needed to have the account on your console for longer than that for them to help you get it back.

Call, check on the case.

Is the account banned? They sometimes do that, and don't bother contacting you.

After you check on the case, if it still open, call & make another.

Make sure you tell them you want your account back, not just banned, etc.

EDIT: Are you the OG owner of the account? If not, he has to call it in. But, then you'll be banned too.

No the account was not banned before it was scammed off me, but im that sure if the guy banned it.

Like I said, if you're not the OG owner you can't file an UA.
