How many months on it left and why dont you just strip it you can make much more money off it?

You can strip the live off it and they will usually give you 3x 3 months and 2 1 months since you have 11 months left if you need help i can try.
 
You usually go into an support chat and say you want to cancel your membership because Something came up in your life that you werent expecting and you cant play that much and do not have enough time and you would like them to cancel it.
