XBox GT question

I have a GT, info was changed on me like a year ago. I couldn't add retail cards to swap the tag, so I added 160 msp codes. When I go to change the tag, it asks for more info (password), which I don't know. any idea on what to do? I tried calling MS, I made up some story and said the it was my uncle's email and I don't talk to him anymore for specific reasons (child molestation of course), so she basically told me to try and hack my way into his email. Anyone got any ideas on what to do?
