XBox 360 region code scare

I don't buy xbox 360 games.
I borrow them from friends and others.

So i got only like 3 games: Fifa 10,Fifa 11,Red Dead Redemption.

But Fifa 11 is spoilt,Ring on the Disc (FML)

and my region code is not NTSC-J,which is sold in my location.

So buying games is always an issue for me,and today,my parents were getting me FIFA 12,and it wasn't Region-Free,and i don't know my region code and if i were to buy it and it was NTSC,i won't get a refund.

So i took a gamble and bought it,and it works and it so happens that my region is PAL.
