Lol, If I could pull up the email they asked me to become an ambassador. Carson that sucks man, it's alright I'm pretty sure you can just wait 1 year.

I am an Ambassador also. Lvl 4 almost i think. Its not bad but the best way to go up in lvls is to do chats not on the forums

MS is smart for that, getting kids to troubleshoot for them so they don't have to hire employees

Being an XBL ambassador is fun lol.

I've been playing XBL since 2008, I'm Elite on XBR, I've participated in forums, I've also helped people out over XBL, now I have something called a CB report, I can call in a console ban if someone does something against the CoC... I've CB 3 people so far, it's not something to abuse but it's necessary.

There is nothing really you can do. I had a friend on xbox who was one but he didnt stay updated to it.
